Organizers pay to run shows. Vendors pay to sell. Buyers are free. Placeholder amounts below — final pricing locked once anchor partners are signed.
A flat hosting fee for each show, quoted to its size. No cut of the sales closed inside your floor. Custom subdomain, branded buyer experience, and full back-office included.
A monthly storefront subscription keeps your catalog live in the marketplace year-round. A per-show participation fee covers the live broadcast — set by each organizer.
Buyers — retailers, resellers, multi-store distributors — never pay Celavii. You pay for the products you buy from the vendors. That's it.
Per show. Tell us the size — vendors, buyers, streaming days, floor-open days, add-ons — and the Celavii team sends you a quote. It's a flat fee for that show. We don't take a cut of your sales.
Not in the current model — the storefront is the year-round flywheel that makes live shows worth running. If we open a show-only tier later, current subscribers grandfather in.
No. Storefront subscriptions are a direct vendor-to-Celavii relationship. Organizer economics are show-specific: a per-show hosting fee, and nothing on top of your sales.
Off-platform — ACH, wire, or check. After you accept your quote we send an invoice; your show unlocks once we record your payment. Vendors and buyers still transact via Stripe Connect under the hood.
For vendors, the first 30 days of a storefront are free — no card required. For organizers, every show is quoted individually, so talk to us and we'll size your first one.
Sales tax is calculated and remitted per-order, per-jurisdiction, using each buyer's verified resale-certificate status. Vendors don't manage this manually.
Order refunds initiate from the vendor, route through our ledger, and net out on the next payout. Hosting-fee refunds (if a show is cancelled) are handled case-by-case by the Celavii team.
Vendors can pause their storefront subscription between shows; the catalog goes hidden but data is preserved. Organizer pricing renegotiates per show.
